Rugby-Coach wanted!
For August 8th 2016 the Rugby Club Worms e.V. is looking for a new coach to supervise their 1st men's team.
By statistics Rugby Club Worms e.V. has 210 members and is therefore the strongest Rugby Club by folks in the Rugby Verband Rheinland-Pfalz (Rhineland-Palatinate). With youth departments starting under 8 years and up to 18 years the club represents a sustainable structure. Together with a women's squad, which is doing her way since almost a year, we are constantly developing and strengthen the clubs structure.
The men's squad was the first department existing since the club was found in 1999. Two championships of Regionalliga Rheinland Pfalz won the team in the past years. After two seasons in the 3rd division south-west they are challenging in Regionalliga Hessen now.
The main task the trainer should cover are:
- To plan, execute and control the trainings and competitions of the men's team.
- To develop advanced players further and get starters to their new sport experiences.
- To create and execute new concepts of training and gameplay together with coaches of the youth.
- To define aims along with the club and team and follow them.
What should you have:
- Experience as rugby-coach or -player.
- Fun by enhancing the teams and their players experiences and by promoting our sport in our region Worms.
- Engagement und pleassure at doing practices.
